BENEFITS
2 TIRES IN ONE
Super-Sport or Sport-Touring according to your riding style
When riding softly the long groves under the footprint grant an optimal water evacuation and proper tread mobility that contribute to quick warm-up, contact-patch conformability and hence better comfort and grip: the optimal behavior of a Sport-Touring class tire.
When riding sporty and the tire is engaged at a higher pace, the walls of the narrow portion of the grooves join together increasing tread pattern stability. This entrusts the compound to deliver all the grip potential, improves trajectory precision especially when leaning, and determinates a Super-Sport class tire behavior.

TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY
ROADTEC™ 02 is made of more than 43% of Bio-based and Recycled materials*
ROADTEC™ 02 obtained ISO 14021. This certification was carried out by an independent third-party (Bureau Veritas) and verifies the percentage of materials content, in all the plants in which ROADTEC™ 02 is produced.*Thanks to a combination of physical segregation and mass balance approach. Depending on tire size, bio-based and recycled content ranges between 14-19% and 28-34% respectively. Bio-based materials are natural rubber, textile reinforcements, bio-chemicals and bio-resins, while recycled materials are - through mass balance - synthetic rubber, silica and carbon black.
EXPLORE THE DETAILS
The tread pattern design adapts to the riding style and modifies the tire behavior.
The walls of the narrow portion of the grooves (in red) join together when the tire is engaged at a higher pace and modifies the behavior of the tread from sport-touring to super-sport.
Provide efficient water evacuation and contact patch mobility, which brings comfort, warm-up and grip in the wet
Ensures water evacuation and safety feeling when leaning
Combines high speed stability with cornering grip and safety in the wet
Grants the same adaptive behavior on the front and rear
Better stability when riding upright and more grip at full lean
